Come join us.About The RoleWe’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of sales activity across the New England region, with a focus on expanding the channel, strengthening enterprise relationships, and driving year-on-year revenue growth.In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day sales activity across your territory while developing and executing strategic plans to grow market presence. You’ll build strong relationships with enterprise end users, key influencers, and channel partners, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions.This is a role for someone who is well connected in the New England security market, confident managing complex sales cycles, and motivated to deliver consistent commercial outcomes.What You’ll Be DoingManaging day-to-day sales activity across the New England territoryDeveloping and executing territory and account plans to drive growthIdentifying, qualifying, and converting new enterprise business opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with end users, partners, and key stakeholdersExpanding channel networks and strengthening partner engagementDriving revenue growth year-on-year across new and existing accountsLeading complex sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and closePartnering with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists to deliver integrated solutionsPreparing and responding to RFIs, RFQs, proposals, and customer presentationsMonitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategyMaintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline managementContributing to continuous improvement across sales processes and performanceWho You AreYou are a commercially focused sales professional with strong experience in enterprise environments and a proven ability to build trusted relationships within the security industry.You BringAt least 5+ years’ experience in security industry salesProven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales and business developmentExperience managing territory-based sales activity and delivering consistent growthStrong network and reputation within the New England regionExperience working with channel partners and expanding sales ecosystemsAccess control experience (preferred but not essential)Confidence managing complex, solution-based sales cycles from prospecting to closeStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teamsA proactive, self-starting mindset with strong commercial acumenHigh levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalismWhy join usAt Gallagher, you’ll be part of a global organisation with a strong purpose, where your work contributes to protecting people, assets, and communities around the world.
