Jr. Paralegal

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Paralegal to support a growing plaintiff-side legal team in Mesa, Arizona. This contract position is expected to run through the summer with the potential to extend into the fall. It is well suited for someone who enjoys client interaction, administrative legal support, and pre-litigation case work in a fast-paced office environment. The role offers the opportunity to assist with intake follow-up, document preparation, and medical record coordination while working closely with attorneys and legal support staff. Candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build experience in a teachable setting will be well positioned for success.Responsibilities:• Conduct follow-up outreach with prospective clients and help move new matters through the intake process.• Prepare and send medical record requests, track correspondence, and maintain organized case-related documentation.• Provide front-office support by welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive experience for clients and guests.• Assist with pre-litigation case activities by gathering information, updating files, and supporting day-to-day legal operations.• Working knowledge of pre-litigation support and general legal documentation practices.• Familiarity with client intake procedures, legal drafting support, and medical records coordination.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, and cloud-based case management or document systems.• Background in civil litigation or plaintiff-side legal environments, including medical malpractice, personal injury, or related practice areas, is preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
