Why Consider This Job OpportunitySalary up to $140,200.00Annual bonus as part of the salaried incentive planComprehensive total rewards package, including medical, dental, and vision benefitsOpportunities for professional development through company-sponsored training and tuition assistancePaid time off, including holidays and parental leaveFlexible work environment with remote work optionsWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities)Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations inquiries, providing guidance on misconduct and performance issuesConduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and workplace issuesCollaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure fair outcomes and adherence to policiesAnalyze employee relations trends to recommend proactive strategies for improving workplace cultureMaintain detailed records of investigations and resolutions in a centralized case management systemWhat is Required (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field8+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience with a minimum of 5 years in Employee RelationsStrong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and EEOC guidelinesProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plusExperience in conducting and documenting workplace investigationsStrong understanding of compliance and labor relationsDemonstrated passion for employment law and employee relations workAbility to build trusted relationships across all organizational levelsWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
