Job Description Drafter / Permit ExpediterWe are seeking a Architectural Drafter / Permit Expediter to become a part of our team! You will prepare detailed drawings and prepare permitting applications to submit to various agencies.Responsibilities:Prepare and CAD drawings for submittalCheck all packages for alignment with agency requirementsReview and modify drawings based on red line comments from agenciesProvide timely updates for permitting completion and workloadCoordinate with Project Manager and Staff on all jobsQualifications:Previous experience with permit applications, permitting processes helpful Working knowledge of CAD and Revit and office related softwareDeadline and detail-oriented
