As a BCBA, you will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across your designated geographic quadrant and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support students. You will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and provide guidance to RBTs. The role requires a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, and experience working with students with special needs.
