Electronic Assembler
Electronic Assembly and Test / Medical Device Hardware position.
*Responsibilities*
* Assemble electromechanical subassemblies, electronic components, and medical device systems.
* Handle, position, and assemble small components and precision parts.
* Test electronic components and assemblies using automated testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
* Use schematics, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and test electronic devices, as applicable.
* Follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and verbal directions.
* Maintain accurate production records, Device History Records (DHR), and quality documentation.
* Ensure component traceability and compliance with quality standards.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and production quality goals.
* Follow company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and applicable FDA and regulatory requirements.
* Use computer systems and electronic data collection tools to document production activities.
* Prioritize tasks, meet production deadlines, and maintain an organized work area.
* Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
* Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
* Experience level: 0–2 years
* Industry: Medical device manufacturing
* Primary focus: Electronic assembly, electromechanical components, testing, troubleshooting, and quality documentation.
