Summer internship opportunities in hospitality management at Barefoot Bar and Snappers Turtle Bay Cafe! Both located side by side on beautiful East Lake Okoboji!Responsibilities Floor management Problem solving Conflict resolution Cash controls Customer service FOH float (server, bartender, expo, host) Inventory control Shadow & assist in ordering Shadow & assist in scheduling Daily cash reconciliation & deposits Personnel managementExperience Previous experience in hospitality preferred Customer Service a plusPay: $14/hr (+gratuities when performing in a tipped role)Benefits: Employee discounts on Merchandise, Meals, & CruisesSchedule:Weekend, evening and holiday work is required. This is a paid internship of $14/hr + tips. OT is permitted. Internship will run from approximately mid May through Labor Day weekend.
