Job Title: Technical Product OwnerLocation: New York, NY (hybrid) The Company:A popular media company and professional sports league, they are a global company headquartered in New York City with offices in California. Compensation Expectation: $85-100/ hourThe Role of Technical Product OwnerThe Technical Product Owner to lead the delivery of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solutions tailored for sports applications. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring product priorities are translated into actionable plans and delivered with quality, compliance, and strong user outcomes.Partner with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product deliverablesDevelop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and client expectationsCollaborate with PMO, vendors, and technical teams to manage timelines, milestones, testing plans, and resource needsSupport Agile teams across development, testing, and implementation effortsOversee system testing strategies, including integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testingReview testing outcomes, resolve defects, and ensure quality standards are met before releaseManage technical issue resolution, escalation paths, and post-implementation support activitiesMaintain product backlogs and prioritize technical enhancementsEnsure documentation, reporting, and compliance records are accurate and audit-readyDrive continuous improvement through Knowledge & Experience7+ years of product management experience with a focus on EMR or healthcare technology solutionsExperience leading end-to-end technology implementations in regulated environmentsStrong understanding of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA and OSHAExpertise with EMR platforms, healthcare data integration, and compliance-driven technology solutionsStrong understanding of system integrations, APIs (REST), UI/UX principles, and data management conceptsExperience with project management and testing tools such as JIRA, Asana, Selenium, TestRail, Zendesk, or ServiceNowProven success managing large-scale projects with a focus on quality assurance and technical supportKnowledge of AI/ML applications within healthcare environments is a plusExperience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field preferredCertified Product Owner or similar certification is a plusThis client requires that a background check be completed.
