This is a high-impact role for a proven recruiting professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering top talent, and partnering closely with clients and internal teams to support business growth.What You’ll DoManage full-cycle recruiting efforts across key industries and client accountsPartner with sales and account management teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver top talent quickly and effectivelySource, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels including networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreachBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring processMaintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needsCollaborate with leadership and peers to ensure a seamless client and candidate experienceNegotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and drive successful placementsProvide market insights on talent trends, compensation, and candidate availabilityRepresent the company in the talent market through networking events, social platforms, and industry engagementWhat You Need2+ years of progressive recruiting experience within staffing or workforce solutionsProven track record of successfully filling roles and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentStrong network of candidates in Nashville and/or surrounding marketsExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsAbility to operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and candidate experienceExperience partnering with sales teams and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experienceWhat You GetCompetitive base salary plus lucrative, uncapped commission/bonus structureOpportunity to represent a respected, financially strong, privately held firmCollaborative culture with access to an experienced and supportive leadership teamGrowth potential within an expanding organizationOur client is eager to hire!
