You will be an integral part of the Schlusselbauer machine operations, which may involve operating or assisting in machining tasks, or using a forklift to transport completed and dried pipes.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the production of building pre-cast concrete structures.Operate or assist in the Schlusselbauer machine operations.Transport completed and dried pipes using a forklift.Ensure retention and attention to detail in all tasks.Essential SkillsForklift operation experience.Machine operating experience.Strong attention to detail and retention.Mechanical inclination.Blueprint reading experience.Ability to read a tape measure.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with heavy equipment and crane operation.Comfortable working in a dirty environment.Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.Why Work Here?This role offers opportunities for professional growth, with potential paths into supervisory and leadership roles, including welding. The environment prioritizes safety, equipped with necessary PPE such as steel-toed boots, fluorescent vests, safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, and ear plugs. The second shift operates from 2pm to 12am, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stacy, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
