This full-time role presents a chance to deliver comprehensive, collaborative care within an integrated healthcare framework focused on clinical excellence, education, and innovation.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, patient-focused primary care to a diverse group of Veterans.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model.Oversee both chronic and acute medical issues.Enjoy a well-balanced schedule with no inpatient responsibilities.Compensation and BenefitsComprehensive Rewards Package:This role qualifies for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), which offers student loan repayment assistance. Eligibility criteria must be met according to VHA policy, and applications should be submitted within four months of starting. Approval, award amounts (up to $200,000), and eligibility duration (one to five years) will be determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after a thorough review of the application.Competitive Starting Annual Salaries: Ranging from $250,000 to $315,000 per year. Additionally, employees may qualify for up to $15,000 in performance-based compensation annually. There are also opportunities for Proficiency Awards, which are separate from Pay for Performance incentives.
