Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Partner at Cedar Employment Law. The Partner will be responsible for managing and litigating employment law cases, developing legal strategies, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents. Additional responsibilities include engaging with clients, connecting with opposing counsel, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. The Partner will contribute to the firm’s overall mission by ensuring high-quality advocacy and ethical legal representation. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in employment law, including litigation, mediation, and negotiation experienceProficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting exhaustive legal research, and developing effective legal strategiesStrong client communication, relationship-building, and counseling skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detailCollaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentActive membership in good standing with the California State BarPrior trial experience or appellate work is highly desirable
