Traveling Service Technician

Once trained, you'll work independently while representing the company professionally in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of Maintenance Services, including:Food and Beverage Equipment ServicesHVAC Coil CleaningPressure WashingGeneral Facility MaintenanceAssist with site supervision, furniture removal/installation and commercial painting, as neededFollow all company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirementsPrioritize customer needs while managing workload independentlyMeet OSHA ladder safety requirements and work confidently at heightsUse company technology for work orders, reporting, and communicationBuild strong customer relationships and consistently deliver A+ customer serviceMaintain organization and upkeep of tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehousesOperate and maintain a company vehicle while meeting safety performance standardsWhat We're Looking ForTeachable - willing to learn new skills and servicesRespectful - kind, positive, and helpfulCareer-minded - looking for long-term growth, not just a jobSelf-motivated - sees what needs to be done and gets it doneTeam player - works well with others and understands true teamworkPride in your work - strong attention to quality and customer satisfactionRequired QualificationsWillingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)Valid state driver's license (subject to continuous review)Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedlyComfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weatherAbility to safely work on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs)Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screeningMust be able to travel for up to 2 weeks at one given timeWillingness to assist with additional tasks as business needs evolvePreferred QualificationsHVAC Basic ServicesFood and Beverage Equipment ServicesFacility or Grounds MaintenanceConstruction or Equipment TroubleshootingPressure Washing experiencePainting experienceOSHA 10 Certification (preferred, not required)Work Environment & ScheduleNationwide travel (100%)Construction sites and customer locationsIndoor and outdoor work in varying conditionsWork location: On the roadTypical work week: 40-50 hours; work hours may vary based on project and customer needs and may include nights and weekends
