SummaryThe Commodities Team Lead plays a crucial role in supporting our purpose of creating lasting value for those we serve by working in conjunction with their leader to provide guidance and day to day direction for our Commodities team members. They ensure efficient and accurate processing of product and orders for our customers and other branches. They ensure processes are in place and recommend improvement opportunities to manage work flow, promote safety, provide training, promote proficiency in shipping product, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance in the wire center while supporting a positive work environment. A successful Commodities Lead is a self-starter, works autonomously, and performs all of the duties and responsibilities of a Commodities Team Member in such a manner that sets an example for others. This individual is seen as a leader and continually coaches and mentors others on the team so they may continually improve.
