Dance Instructor - Ballroom & Partner Dance | $40,000-$150,000+Dance With Me Studios is the fastest-growing ballroom studio chain in America - 14 locations across 6 states, founded by Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy of Dancing with the Stars.We're hiring full-time instructors who want a real career in dance, not a gig.What this job actually looks like:Teach private lessons to adult students (this is the majority of your schedule and income)Lead group classes and host studio social partiesPerform with students at showcases and Pro-Am competitionsMonday-Friday, 12 PM-8:30 PM. Saturdays optional but recommended while you build your schedule.What you earn:Guaranteed weekly base pay - you earn this even while building your student loadPer-lesson pay on top (your income grows as your schedule fills)Competition income - instructors who compete with students earn significantly moreEntry level: $40,000-$60,000. Established: $70,000-$100,000+.
