Location: Clinton, IAPosition Type: Full-Time / Locum / Locum-to-Perm Physician OBGYN Overview Exciting opportunity for a motivated OBGYN physician to join a collaborative team. The role includes a mix of clinic, OR, and OB call, with support from an experienced FM/OB group. The facility is committed to expanding women s health services and offers strong community support. Practice Highlights • Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with shared call (1:4 ratio) • Responsibilities include clinic, OR, inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and OB call • Travel required to multiple clinic locations• Facility Trauma Level: IV • EMR: Cerner (Inpatient) & eClinicalWorks (Outpatient) • Providers who can start ASAP are highly preferred • Not open to 1099 candidates • Accepting H1B and J1 visa candidates • Open to Locum & Locum-to-Perm arrangements Candidate Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) in OBGYN Required • Iowa license (or willing to obtain) Required • NRP & AWOHN Fetal Monitoring (or willing to obtain before start) Required • Clean malpractice strongly preferred (no cases in Probate or requiring supervision)• Providers available to start ASAP Highly Preferred • Not accepting candidates with lapsed BC or those commuting more than 1 hour/working multiple jobs Schedule & Coverage • Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM • Call: 1:4 ratio (includes weekends) • Credentialing: must complete prior to start (fees not reimbursed) Compensation & Benefits • Base salary $300,000+ (based on experience & training)• Relocation reimbursement (if applicable)• Commencement bonus (discussed at interview)• PSLF-qualified employer • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx, Life Insurance• Flexible Spending Accounts & HSA options• Retirement programs• PTO, Vacation, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays • Short-term & Long-term Disability• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Career advancement opportunities Why Clinton, IA?
