Job title: Facility Maintenance Associate Job location: Bell Gardens, Ca Schedule: Monday to Friday 1st shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm Pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 Job Description: Taking out the trash Sweeping, vacuuming, & mopping floors Cleaning bathrooms, office, kitchen, breakrooms, appliances, etc. Disinfecting areas. Cleaning down doors, knobs, etc. Support/ Assisting in warehouse areas as needed or directed. Expectations: Responsible and reliable person. The candidate will have an excellent attendance record. Punctual and ready to work at scheduled shifts. Team player with a positive attitude and professionalism in the workplace. Self-reliant with little supervision to accomplish tasks both efficiently and properly. Be detailed with demonstrated quality in cleaning services Requirements. Constantly walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 45 lbs unassisted, Good knowledge of cleaning products and applications. Spanish speaking is OK, however the candidate must understand & be able to communicate in English as well. Must have their own transportation, insured vehicle, and have a clean driving record.
