The CSR will need to have knowledge of property insurance and excellent customer service skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Resolve customer grievances Gain cursory knowledge of different carriers manuals, guidelines, policies and procedures Answer questions about products and services Process endorsements and policy changes Take payments on new and existing accounts Note details of all calls and/or transactions on file Ability to accomplish monthly goals Have regular and reliable attendance Adhere to policies and procedures of the employee handbook Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 1-2 years Experience preferred but not required 4-40 License required Required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Strong ability to develop and maintain constructive, cooperative, positive, and trusting working relationships with others. Ability to adapt to a changing competitive environment. Experience in handling conflict situations with the utmost professionalism. Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative. Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable by consistently fulfilling obligations. Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a strong ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
