Experienced Debt Collector

Overview We are seeking a diligent, money motivated Debt Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, negotiations, and account management. Experience with medical collections is highly desirable. We offer a competitive salary with an uncapped bonus structure. Many of our collectors earn $100k per year. Come join our growing team. Responsibilities - Contact individuals who have outstanding debt via phone, email, or mail - Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors - Update account status and payment information accurately - Analyze accounts to determine the best course of action for debt recovery Qualifications - Knowledge of FDCPA and State laws/regulations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong understanding of account analysis and reconciliation - Excellent negotiation skills If you are a detail-oriented individual with a background in debt collection and possess the required qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this position.
