Registration Coordinator Personal Logistics & Relocation Services The Registration Coordinator is responsible for receiving, processing, and registering customer orders while supporting transportation and logistics operations for household goods relocation services. This role ensures timely and accurate order management, effective communication with customers and vendors, and exceptional service throughout the relocation process.Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain shipment, order, and customer information in internal tracking systemsInitiate registration and logistics processes in accordance with customer requirements and contract standardsTrack and monitor shipments with steamship lines, trucking vendors, rail carriers, and other transportation providersRespond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls, emails, and service requestsEscalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfactionMaintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records within proprietary databases and document management systemsReview records for errors, investigate discrepancies, and resolve service exceptionsSupport departmental performance goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction initiativesPerform general administrative duties including scanning, document processing, mail distribution, scheduling updates, and phone supportCollaborate with leadership and team members to identify process improvements and operational efficienciesUpdate schedules, logs, and assigned tasks dailyPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or related college coursework preferredExperience Minimum 2 years of related experience in import/export operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination requiredExperience with domestic and/or international transportation logistics preferredRequired Skills & Abilities Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and OutlookTyping speed of 40 WPM with ten-key proficiencyStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service orientation with the ability to build professional relationshipsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality with professionalism and discretionHigh level of accuracy in data entry and record managementCore Competencies Results Driven Demonstrates accountability and consistently delivers high-quality work while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.Customer Focused Prioritizes customer needs and delivers responsive, solution-oriented service that exceeds expectations.Sound Decision Making Uses critical thinking and judgment to resolve issues, improve processes, and support operational success.Values-Based Approach Models professionalism, integrity, teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions.
