Associate General Dentist

Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team at our brand new, state of the art 14 op facility. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and improving patients' oral health alongside Dr. Wagner. Our 4 day workweek allows flexibility and recovery. Ergonomics is very important to us and our office is built with it as our core focus. Responsibilities - Perform dental examinations and provide appropriate treatment plans - Administer anesthetics and monitor patients during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care - Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests - Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems - Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals Requirements - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school - Valid IN dental license in good standing - Familiarity with electronic health record software such as EagleSoft, Dentrix, or Epic - Experience with medical imaging techniques and infection control protocols Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Retirement plan Schedule: Day shift No nights No weekends Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay License/Certification: IN Dental License (Required) Ability to Commute: Jasper, IN 47546 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Jasper, IN 47546: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
