Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer [Medical Device]Location: Andover, MA Duration: Long-Term ContractWe’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production and process improvement for complex electromechanical medical devices.Key Responsibilities:Support and improve manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and scalabilityLead New Product Introduction (NPI) and equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Quality teamsDrive continuous improvement (cost, yield, performance)Develop manufacturing documentation (SOPs, work instructions, test methods)Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues (CAPA, NCR, MRB)Support DFM/DFA during product developmentRequired:Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experienceExperience in regulated industries (Medical Device, Pharma)Strong knowledge of process development & equipment qualification
