Coordinator — Lightcraft.tv (Full-Time, In-Person) Location:El Segundo, CAType: Full-Time, In-OfficeAbout LightcraftLightcraft is a production services company specializing in advanced camera movement systems — from aerial and vehicle-based cinema platforms to fully custom-engineered solutions for commercials, films, and branded content.We’re a small, highly technical team working at the intersection of engineering and cinematography, partnering with top-tier studios, production companies, and directors to bring dynamic shots to life.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Coordinator to help keep our fast-moving operation running smoothly. This role works closely with our Founder / Chief Technology Officer and Director of Operations, acting as the connective tissue between the technical and operational sides of the company.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating both creative production environments and technical workflows. You’ll help keep projects, systems, people, and timelines aligned — bringing structure to a team of deeply creative and technical minds.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate communication and task management between technical and operations teamsSupport the Director of Operations in implementing internal systems and workflowsSupport the Founder / CTO with scheduling, follow-ups, and project organizationTrack project timelines, deliverables, and resource needsAssist with inventory management and equipment logistics for shootsManage documentation, call sheets, and client communications as neededAnticipate team needs and proactively solve problems to keep projects movingProvide occasional off-hours and weekend availability to support time-sensitive needsTools & SystemsFamiliarity with and curiosity around emerging AI tools for productivity, coordination, and workflow optimizationGoogle Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)AirtableMonday.comSlackExcelQualifications1–3 years of experience in production coordination, technical operations, or executive support preferredFamiliarity with camera systems, drones, or motion rigs — comfortable communicating with technical teamsStrong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in fast-paced environmentsComfortable with AI systemsExcellent communication and follow-throughDetail-oriented with a proactive mindsetCalm under pressure, adaptable, and great with peopleWhy LightcraftWe’re a tight-knit team that values ingenuity, precision, and craft.
