A company is looking for a Director, Sales Training and Development to lead training strategies for their national sales organization. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive sales training strategy for onboarding and continuous development Lead the development and execution of the Sales University training program for new Territory Managers Manage the Sales Fellowship Program, ensuring structured development and mentorship for fellows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or advanced certification preferred 5+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement, preferably in healthcare or specialty pharmacy Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy and infusion services Experience with instructional design and adult learning theory
