The actual posting represents a position at one of our clients.Job SummaryOur client is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care by performing clinical tasks, assisting physicians with procedures, and educating patients about their treatments. The candidate will work collaboratively within a healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform patient intake tasks, including recording vital signs and documenting medical information in the EMR.Assist with in-office examinations and minor surgical procedures.Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient education.Coordinate patient care pathways and manage provider orders.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic policies.QualificationsPrevious nursing experience in an orthopedic setting.Must be able to float to all three locations.Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Proficiency with computers and experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.SkillsProficiency in performing clinical tasks and patient education.Strong communication and coordination skills.Additional RequirementsThe position requires nursing experience specifically in an orthopedic setting and the ability to float between several office locations as needed.BenefitsPaid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).Health Benefits / Dental / Vision (Medix offers 6 different health plans: 3 Major Medical Plans, 2 Fixed Indemnity Plans (Standard and Preferred), and 1 Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan.
