Corporate M&A Junior Associate

Thompson Hine LLP seeks an Associate with two to four years of experience to join its Corporate Transactions & Securities practice in any of our Ohio offices. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, and private equity deals, as well as corporate governance issues. The group is focused on collaboration, mentoring and training, and long-term professional development for associates. A superior academic record, strong work ethic and excellent drafting and negotiation skills are required. Compensation is determined by the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The anticipated salary range for this position is as follows:Cincinnati: $170,000-$190,000Cleveland: $180,000-$200,000Columbus: $170,000-$190,000
