Physician - Urology Position Summary Full specialty physician services provided under a non-personal services arrangement in accordance with DHA and MTF requirements. Education and Experience Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with specialty training as required by the PWS. Certifications BLS/ACLS and specialty-required certifications per PWS; computer-based training not acceptable. Licensure Current, full, active, and unrestricted medical license in the State of Nevada. Board Certification Board-certified or board-eligible by an ABMS/AOA-recognized board for the specialty. Contract Worker Standard Qualifications Provide a full range of urology services within training and MTF-granted privileges. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute, chronic, and post-surgical urologic conditions. Perform examinations, formulate differential diagnoses, and order diagnostic testing. Interpret diagnostic findings and implement treatment plans. Prescribe medications and perform diagnostic and therapeutic urologic procedures. Respond to patient consultations and coordinate interdisciplinary care. Participate in on-call services, staff meetings, and quality improvement activities.
