The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care, and the ability to work independently in a home care setting.Key responsibilities include:Providing high-quality personal care services to clients in accordance with individualized care plansAssisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility supportMonitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or care teamMaintaining accurate and timely documentation of care providedEnsuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clientsFollowing all state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocolsCommunicating effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team membersQualifications include:Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing (Required)Minimum of 12 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience (REQUIRED)Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism at all timesReliable transportation and ability to travel to client homesWhat we offer:Competitive compensation based on experienceFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive and professional work environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementOngoing training and developmentQualified candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume and proof of CNA licensure.
