Home Healthcare CaregiverWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Healthcare Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. The Home Healthcare Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing light housekeeping and meal preparation services. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProvide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team membersCollaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and servicesOther duties as assignedMust be able to transport clients in your personal vehicle.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role - PreferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadAbility to work collaboratively with other team membersValid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plusPerks:Competitive PayFlexible SchedulePositive and supportive work environment
