Job Description We are seeking a reliable and flexible Manufacturing Floater to support multiple departments within a fast-paced production environment. This position offers exposure to various manufacturing processes and is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day-to-day responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesProvide production support across multiple manufacturing departments as needed.Perform packing, assembly, machine support, and general labor duties.Rotate between work areas based on production demands.Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Complete additional duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.Basic math and problem-solving abilities.Min.
