Another may involve collaborating with store managers on hiring, talent development, or performance planning. You’ll also analyze trends, monitor inventory strategy, review KPIs, and partner with John Deere representatives on programs and promotions.This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and growing market share.Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: grow the business, develop the team, and take care of the customer.What You’ll DoAs an Agricultural Sales Manager, you will:lead, coach, and develop a team of agricultural customer account managersconduct regular field ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance follow-upbuild accountability, performance standards, and a winning sales culturedevelop and execute agricultural sales strategies aligned with company goalsimplement and reinforce a consistent sales process across multiple locationsanalyze KPIs, forecasts, margins, pipeline activity, and market opportunitiespartner with store leadership on hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and performance managementcollaborate with John Deere representatives on programs, forecasts, and promotionswork closely with parts and service teams to enhance customer satisfactionWhat You BringYou’ll be a great fit for this Agricultural Sales Manager role if you:have strong leadership presence and know how to coach sales teams to performunderstand how to manage both people and processeshold others accountable while building trust and engagementare data-driven and comfortable managing KPIs, revenue, and marginscommunicate effectively across multiple levels of the businessbuild relationships easily with employees, customers, and vendor partnersWhat You Need to be a LandPro Agricultural Sales Manager:sales management experience, including leading a sales team and driving performanceexperience managing sales processes, pipeline discipline, and accountability systemsexperience in the agricultural industrystrong understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship managementability to analyze reports, financial metrics, and operational performanceability to travel regularly throughout LandPro’s territory (NY, PA, OH)It’s a Plus If You Haveequipment dealership or agricultural equipment sales leadership experienceexperience with John Deere or competitive ag product linesbachelor’s or Associate degree in business, marketing, agriculture, or related fieldmulti-location leadership experienceproven track record of growing market share and improving profitability
