Job Details Responsibilities: As a Business Manager, you will be expected to: 1.Oversee the complete business operations of the Tissue, Non-Wovens & Fiber Cement division.2.Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and profitability.3.Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, clients, and stakeholders.4.Utilize your knowledge of Industrial Textiles, TAD Processes, and Fiber Cement to enhance business operations and drive innovation.5.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.6.Develop accurate sales forecasts and set performance goals accordingly.7.Drive business development initiatives, including identifying potential partners, negotiating deals, and closing business agreements.8.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, effective product delivery, and excellent customer service.9.Be prepared to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess: 1.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the Manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to Tissue, Non-Wovens & Fiber Cement.2.Extensive knowledge of Industrial Textiles, TAD Processes, and Fiber Cement.3.Proven track record in business development and sales within the Manufacturing industry.4.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.5.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.6.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.7.Proficiency in forecasting and business planning.8.Willingness to travel as per business requirements.9.A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.An MBA or equivalent would be a plus.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a dynamic team in a rapidly growing industry.If you are passionate about business development and have a deep understanding of the Tissue, Non-Wovens & Fiber Cement sector, we would love to hear from you.Interested in hearing more?
