Cook

Description: The Cook is responsible for ensuring that company standards are being met in the non-customer facing areas of our restaurant. The Cook will prepare meals in a timely manner and create an exceptional experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and plate food according to our menu specifications and ticket orders Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware Ensure that kitchen items remained stocked throughout the shift Follow company food safety and sanitation policies and procedures Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service Ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned Requirements: Position Requirements: Strong attention to detail Able to use knives and kitchen equipment Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Able to work well in a team environment Able to workdays, nights, and/or weekends and holidays Able to walk or stand for long periods
