Data Insights Analys (Remote, Entry-Level)

Role Description This is a full-time, remote entry-level role for a Data Insights Analyst at Pipeco Group. The Data Insights Analyst will collect, clean, and organize operational, sales, and customer data from various sources to support business decisions. This role will assist in building dashboards and reports, identifying patterns and trends, and preparing clear summaries and visualizations for internal stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and production to translate data findings into practical recommendations. Day-to-day tasks will include basic statistical analysis, maintaining data quality, documenting methods, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and analytics.QualificationsStrong foundation in analytical skills and data analytics to interpret datasets and derive actionable insights.Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling to support quantitative analysis and simple forecasting.Clear written and verbal communication skills to present complex information in a concise, business-friendly manner.Comfort with spreadsheet tools and introductory data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar).Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.Interest in manufacturing, industrial products, or supply chain data is preferred; prior internship or project experience in analytics is a plus.
