SLP will provide in-home therapy to children under age 3.*Special Offer: Receive a $500 bonus after 6 months of employment AND $500 bonus after 12 months of employment!Offer valid for candidates who apply between 10/21/2025 and 12/31/2026.This position has a lot of flexibility with hours/scheduling and you can build your caseload accordingly; SLP will have flexibility to build their own schedule with the families they work with! Pay DOE up to $65 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible! Must be able to service culturally diverse populations and be comfortable working in homes and through tele-therapy. We'd love the chance to tell you more about the position!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide one-on-one intervention with children and their familiesAdminister developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelinesModel effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting and child development, as neededMonitor, document and share the child's progress with the family, management, and Service CoordinatorMaintain personal calendar, meet timelines, complete tasks as assigned by supervisorEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Masters degree in Communication Disorders and SciencesCalifornia Speech-language pathologist licensePass complete Livescan fingerprinting and background check procedureWe are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our growth!Visit our website to learn more: www.compasscenterinc.com
