Fire Alarm Foreman - Commercial Low Voltage Projects

Job Description TradeWise Staffing Group is actively seeking a strong Fire Alarm Foreman for commercial low voltage projects. We're looking for a field leader who can oversee crews, maintain production, troubleshoot systems, and ensure installations are completed safely and up to code.This is a hands-on leadership role for experienced fire alarm professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, organization, and leading from the front.Responsibilities:• Lead and coordinate fire alarm crews on active commercial jobsites• Oversee installation, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs of fire alarm systems• Read prints, layouts, and ensure work is completed per NFPA/code requirements• Coordinate workflow, material usage, and daily production in the field• Complete reports, documentation, inspections, and timesheets accurately• Support project deadlines while maintaining safety and workmanship standards• Install conduit and support low voltage/fire alarm infrastructure as needed• Communicate professionally with field teams, subcontractors, and project leadershipRequirements:• 5+ years of commercial fire alarm experience• Prior lead tech or foreman experience preferred• Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm systems and troubleshooting• Ability to lead crews and maintain production schedules• Experience working in active commercial construction environments• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 required• Must have reliable transportation, hand tools, and a working cell phone• Ability to work overtime and handle fast-paced project demandsPreferred Qualifications:• NICET Certification• Knowledge of NFPA 70 & 72• Manufacturer certifications• Commercial retrofit/service experienceApply now or Text "Fire Alarm Foreman" to 832-645-2421 for immediate consideration.TradeWise – Skilled Trades Done Right.We connect top-tier tradespeople with top-tier projects.
