Billing AnalystThe Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation / issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm's software systems.Job Duties:Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue.Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoicesAssists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generationOther duties as requiredQualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Education:High school diploma, GED or equivalent, requiredAssociate or Bachelor degree, preferredExperience:Two (2) or more year's experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, requiredExperience within a professional services firm, preferredLicense/Certifications:N/ASoftware:Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, requiredProficiency with SharePoint preferredOracle Fusion or other project based ERP systems, requiredLanguage:N/AOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Displays superior verbal and written communication skillsCapable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levelsPossesses superior customer service skillsAbility to work in a deadline-drive environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detailAbility to successfully multi-task while working independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionalsUnderstands and maintains the confidentiality of all informationExcellent time management skillsIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.National Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hrMaryland Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
