Through our community program "SNIPES serves" and its localized approach we support the needs of our communities, empower, and celebrate our dynamic culture.Overview: Reporting to the DC Inventor Control Manager, the DC Damages Coordinator is responsible for the flow of damaged products returned to the Distribution Center from retail stores, ECOM orders, and the DC. This position is in our Distribution Center with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.Responsibilities:Process receipt of transfers from retail stores and location transfers from DCScan all damages, mismates, and singles into a monthly SharePoint fileCreate and upkeep a SharePoint file of documented issues relating to all transfersSort, separate, and palletize all goods as designated in SOP for third party pickupCommunicate effectively across all channels (internal and external)Support other areas within the company/department as needed and perform other duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma, GED preferred.Strong retail math & PC/Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook & Excel a must)Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to drive resultsAble to promote a culture of respect and atmosphere of teamwork to foster a positive working environmentAbility to lift cartons up to 40lbsNoting the Distribution Center is not climate controlled this position needs to operate in adverse climatesCultural Success Factors Enthusiasm for the brand Consumer Obsessed Innovative Mindset Collaborative nature Skillful communicator Data-Driven Decision Making Adaptable and Flexible Disciplined and self-motivatedBenefits with SNIPES Generous Employee Discount PTO (Paid Time Off) Bonus Plan Affordable Health Insurance Retirement ContributionsSnipes USA and all its subsidiary Companies are equal opportunity employers.
