Sinclair Talent Solutions is working with a Series B document AI company backed by a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital. They convert complex PDFs and enterprise documents into LLM-ready inputs, processing tens of millions of pages a month with 8x YoY revenue growth. This is their founding FDE hire.What you'll do:Partner with AEs and SEs during pre-sales to run rigorous evals, build custom demos, and win competitive dealsOwn post-sales technical success for 1–3 enterprise accountsBuild eval harnesses, prototype apps, dashboards, and custom API integrationsEmbed with enterprise engineering teams to deploy applications directlyFeed field insights back to product and engineeringWhat they're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field3–6 years in full-stack (backend-leaning) or product engineeringStrong Python, shipping production code, not just configuring toolsDeep AI/LLM fluency; actively uses tools like Claude and CodexStartup experience with enterprise customers
