Role Description This is a full-time on-site Electrostatic Paint Tech - Level 1 role based in the Charlotte Metro area. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces for painting, performing electrostatic painting using the Ransburg method, and ensuring even coating application. The role also involves maintaining high-quality standards through consistent inspection and addressing any necessary refinishing needs. The technician will adhere to operational timelines and safety protocols while working in various environments, such as manufacturing facilities, retail spaces, and commercial sites. Qualifications Experience in Paint and Painting techniques, including familiarity with the Ransburg Electrostatic MethodKnowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure consistent and professional resultsExperience working in environments such as Body Shops or with Collision repairsAttention to detail and a strong commitment to precision in all tasksAbility to work collaboratively within production timelines and follow safety guidelinesPrevious experience in equipment maintenance or refinishing is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
