Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney100% REMOTE IN CALIFORNIAKey Responsibilities:Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.Handle case analysis, strategy development, and client reporting.Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure top-tier legal services.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the California Bar.Good years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation.Demonstrated experience in handling personal injury or other complex litigation matters.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000 annually.
