We are praying for someone who: Is passionate about their own relationship with Jesus; Works well with our staff dynamic; Understands how to minister to both kids and their families; Will develop and multiply leaders - both adult and student volunteers to serve kids; Is an excellent communicator; Is currently being used by God to minister to families; You will connect well with our community and staff if you: Are growing in your faith; Have a relational heart; Are a developer of people and processes; Seek creative ways to reach those who are not yet Christians.
