OTR CDL A Truck Driver (Regional Midwest) Summary: We are seeking an energetic and dependable Regional Midwest CDL A Driver to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers across regional routes, primarily within the Midwest. Your focus will be on delivering freight efficiently while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive a variety of equipment, including Automatic transmission trucks, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and more. OTR CDL A Truck Driver (Regional Midwest) Responsibilities: Safely operate tractor-trailers with Automatic transmissions across established regional routes in the Midwest. Deliver freight to various destinations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to route schedules. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to ensure safety and compliance Manage documentation accurately, including delivery receipts, logs, and inspection reports. * Maintain communication with dispatchers regarding route progress and any issues encountered during deliveries. Assist with securing loads on flatbeds or refrigerated trailers as needed. OTR CDL A Truck Driver (Regional Midwest) Requirements: Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL A license. Comfortable operating manual transmission trucks and various trailer types such as refrigerated trailers. Strong knowledge of route driving within the Midwest region with excellent navigation skills. Experience with freight handling including load securement and proper trailer maintenance. Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
