Sr. Program Manager (Remote)

DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Lead Program Manager - REMOTE. In this innovative role, you will spearhead the delivery of AI training data projects at scale, shaping program-level strategy and execution. Collaborating with a diverse cross-functional team, you will ensure high-quality outcomes that drive advancements in AI technology and lead client relationships and operational excellence to impact the tech industry.AccountabilitiesDefine program goals, roadmap, milestones, and operating model across multiple projects and vendors.Lead a delivery team with clear goals, capacity plans, coaching, and performance feedback.Act as the day-to-day executive contact; run governance, planning, and QBR-style reviews.Co-own quality outcomes with the Manager of Quality; align on guidelines, audits, and acceptance criteria.Plan and secure rater/annotator capacity; optimize shifts, automation, and tooling.Build and manage budgets, ensuring commercial and delivery commitments stay aligned.Maintain program RAID; lead root-cause analyses and elevate high-impact items.Standardize SOPs, templates, and dashboards; pilot and scale automation.Ensure policy adherence for data handling, privacy, and platform access.Coordinate with Sales/Account, Quality, Operations, and Vendor Management.RequirementsExperience in program planning and portfolio governance across multiple projects.Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills for goal setting and performance feedback.Excellent communication with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders.Proficient in project management tools, spreadsheets, and BI dashboards; familiarity with SQL/ETL is a plus.A quality mindset with practical application of SOPs and QA processes.Sound judgment regarding scope, time, cost, and quality with negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively with global, distributed teams (advanced English required).BenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $110K to $130K.Flexible work arrangements with the option to work remotely.Opportunity to lead innovative AI projects with industry leaders.Access to a global community of AI training and domain experts.Professional development opportunities and continuous learning.Collaborative and supportive team culture.J-18808-Ljbffr
