Facilities Attendant (LM)

As a facilities attendant, you are responsible for maintaining the Amenity Center and ensuring the utmost cleanliness. Enforcing facility rules and ensuring that guests and owners are acting in a safe and responsible manner. You will be responsible for maintaining the Amenity Center and ensuring cleanliness by enforcing facility rules. Small resort operations team searching for a customer facing Facilities Attendant position. 32-40 hours per week to include 11am - 7pm on Saturdays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off Duties include: Inspection and light cleaning of lanais, furniture, fitness equipment and restrooms. Assist residents as needed, monitor activities to maintain a safe and positive guest experience.
