AT&T In-Store Representative *Employer:* Catalyst Corp *Retail Territory:* Naperville, Illinois and surrounding locations *Required Office:* Oak Brook, Illinois *Base Compensation:* $800–$900 per week, based on experience *Additional Compensation:* Commissions *Employment Type:* Full-time, W-2 *Pay Frequency:* Weekly Position Summary Catalyst Corp is hiring a full-time *AT&T In-Store Representative* to support an AT&T sales campaign inside established retail partner locations in Naperville and nearby communities. In this customer-facing role, you will connect with shoppers, ask questions about their current wireless and connectivity needs, introduce relevant AT&T products and services, and assist customers with purchases, upgrades, and service enrollments. This is an active retail sales position—not a cashier, remote, or call-center role. Representatives are expected to initiate customer conversations, provide accurate service information, and work toward clearly defined sales goals. *This position is employed and paid directly by Catalyst Corp. Catalyst Corp is an independent sales company representing an AT&T campaign. It is not direct employment with AT&T or the participating retail store.* What You Will Do * Approach and engage customers inside assigned retail locations * Learn about customers’ mobile, wireless, and connectivity needs * Explain available AT&T wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and services * Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and eligibility * Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs * Assist customers with purchases and new-service enrollments * Complete required sales and customer documentation accurately * Meet individual and team sales expectations * Maintain current knowledge of AT&T products and promotional offers * Attend required training, meetings, and performance coaching * Follow Catalyst Corp, retailer, client, and consumer-protection standards * Provide a professional and helpful customer experience Compensation and Career Development * Full-time W-2 employment * Base pay of *$800–$900 per week, based on experience* * Additional commission opportunity * Weekly pay * Paid training * Ongoing product and sales coaching * Opportunities for advancement based on performance and leadership ability The weekly base pay is separate from commissions. Total compensation will vary according to individual sales performance and commissions earned. Schedule and Location Requirements * Approximately 40–42 hours per week * In-person work inside assigned Elmhurst-area retail locations * Availability to work at least one weekend day * Attendance at the Catalyst Corp office in Oak Brook approximately three times per week * Participation in required meetings, training, and performance coaching * Local travel between the Oak Brook office and assigned retail locations * Reliable transportation required Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years old * Authorized to work in the United States * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Retail, wireless, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required * Comfortable initiating conversations with retail shoppers * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Able to explain products, pricing, and service options clearly * Professional, reliable, and receptive to coaching * Motivated by measurable goals and commission opportunities * Available to work a full-time retail schedule, including one weekend day * Able to commute to the Oak Brook office approximately three times per week Apply Today If you enjoy working with people and want an opportunity to develop your retail and telecommunications sales experience, apply today for consideration.
