Role Description The Client Care Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Montrose, CO. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by managing inquiries, addressing concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering positive relationships to enhance customer retention. You will deliver superior customer service through phone and in-person interactions, maintain accurate client records, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest level of care and service. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer RetentionExcellent Communication and Phone Etiquette abilitiesProficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating a client-focused approachOrganizational and multitasking skills to manage client records and coordinate servicesAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain professionalismExperience in caregiving, healthcare, or related fields is a plusProficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems
