This is an excellent opportunity for a law firm business development professional looking to grow their career within a collaborative, fast-paced, and highly respected legal environment.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of business development or marketing experience within a law firm and experience supporting pitches, proposals, client development initiatives, and strategic marketing efforts.This position can be based in Richmond, VA, Washington, DC, New York, Philadelphia, Houston, or Chicago.What You’ll Do:• Support the execution of business development and marketing initiatives for a busy practice group • Assist with the development of pitches, RFP responses, and client presentations • Coordinate attorney bios, practice descriptions, and marketing collateral • Conduct market, client, and competitor research to support strategic growth efforts • Help identify cross-selling opportunities and track client development activities • Assist with directory submissions, rankings, and awards opportunities • Support webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and client events • Maintain business development trackers, experience databases, and CRM systems • Collaborate closely with attorneys and senior business development team members on strategic initiativesWhat You Bring:• 2+ years of business development or marketing experience within a law firm environment required • Experience supporting pitches, proposals, and client-facing marketing materials • Strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems preferred • Experience supporting corporate, litigation, privacy, cybersecurity, or other sophisticated practice areas is a plusWhy This Opportunity:• Join a highly respected Am Law 100 firm with a strong national platform • Work alongside experienced attorneys and business development leaders • Gain exposure to sophisticated business development strategy and high-profile client matters • Collaborative team culture with strong opportunities for long-term career growthHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a resume to Jamie.shield@prospectblue.com to begin the screening and interview process.
