Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Multi-Specialty Healthcare system seeks to add another full-time Physician Assistant to their team. Responsibilities will include both the OR and the clinic. The Physician Assistant will run their own clinic which includes seeing both new and follow-up patients. Specific responsibilities includes: first assisting, running clinics, post and pre-operative care, H&P s, rounding, casting, writing prescriptions and managing records. This is 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).Successful candidate should be PANCE certified. The group requires some orthopedic experience but will train a PA with some surgical experience. The group prefers candidates with some ties to the general region.The location is in within the Newburgh, NY area. The area provides many universities, relative affordability, very good schools, and many great outdoor activities.Compensation: depends on experience level and includes an incentive bonus.
