Job Description Extrusion Operator - 2nd Shift ? Mentor, OH ? $17-18/hour ? Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Weekly Pay | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity We are hiring an Extrusion Operator for a busy manufacturing facility producing industrial brush products used in commercial cleaning, food service, and street sweeping equipment. This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working around machinery in a production environment. ResponsibilitiesSet up and assist in operating extrusion production linesFill hoppers with plastic pellet materialLoad and unload cylinders from machineryPerform minor trimming using hand tools and utility knivesUse gauges and calipers to verify product measurementsMaintain production logs and document quality informationPackage finished materials and prepare shipmentsSet up water tanks, pullers, and saws according to production needsKeep the work area clean and organized Qualifications Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on ability Comfortable using gauges, calipers, and measuring equipment Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. as needed Able to stand for the duration of the shift Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why You'll Like This Job Stable manufacturing environment with consistent hours Weekly pay Contract-to-hire opportunity Cross-training and advancement opportunities Paid breaks and paid lunch Opportunity to learn multiple manufacturing processes Hiring Process ?
